Queue Counter
The queue counter page consists of 2 tabs and they are:
Counter tab
In the counter tab, you can call the queue number to be shown on the [queue board] and there are 4 ways of calling a queue number.
Call Next Number
The next number will be automatically updated according to the latest called number.
Clicking this button will prompt you to assign chair to the customer.
Once you have assigned chair, the number will be called along with their assigned chair.
Call Any Number
Clicking this button will prompt you to input any number and to assign chair to the customer.
Once you have assigned chair, the number will be called along with their assigned chair.
It is best to not call any number without following the queue to avoid confusing your customers.
Skip Number
Clicking this button will skip the next number in the queue.
The skipped number will not be shown on your board page.
Repeat Number
To repeat calling a number, click on the 3 dots icon and then click the repeat icon to call the queue number.
The number will be called again along with their assigned chair.
List tab
In the list tab, you can see all the current queue numbers and your customers' contact info.
You can take 2 actions in order to reach out to the waiting customers
Click on the Whatsapp icon to open Whatsapp to start texting your customers.
Reassign Number
Click on the reassign icon to reassign new number to the customer.
