Steps to using Queuelah
Setup your Queuelah account
If you haven't registered and setup your account, please refer to the steps to create your Queuelah account here.
The Queuelah workflow
- Customer will scan the QR code of your QR queue form to get their queue number. The page for customer to scan QR code can be downloaded from the Overview page.
- You will then call their number from the queue remote counter.
- Their number will be called by audio announcement and shown on the queue display board.
Setting up your devices
Display board (TV / Tablet)
For Android TV / smart devices:
- Please download the Fully Kiosk Browser & Lockdown (opens in a new tab) app from Google Play Store for free.
- Set the starting URL to your display board page URL (can be found on your Overview page).
For smart TV without Google Play Store:
- Please download a fullscreen browser or use the default browser on your device.
- Set the starting URL to your display board page URL (can be found on your Overview page).
Queue remote counter (Phone / Tablet)
You can use your device browser and go to the remote counter page to call the queue numbers. (can be found on your Overview page)
Configuring your display board settings
You can change the color and upload image / use YouTube video for your display board. More info can be found on the display board settings page.
